Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Indieedogs, we are committed to providing high-quality puppy training consultations and educational services. We understand that circumstances may change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which bookings may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

By booking a consultation through https://indieedogs.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all online consultations, educational services, and any future digital products or online courses offered by Indieedogs.

2. Consultation Bookings

Your consultation is considered confirmed only after:

  • Full payment has been received (where applicable).
  • A booking confirmation has been sent by Indieedogs.
  • The consultation date and time have been mutually agreed upon.

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, please notify us as early as possible by emailing indieedogs@gmail.com.

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the scheduled consultation

If you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled consultation, you may choose one of the following:

  • Reschedule your consultation to another available date.
  • Request a full refund, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Cancellation within 72 hours of the scheduled consultation

If a cancellation request is received less than 72 hours before the consultation, refunds are not be available.

At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time rescheduling opportunity depending on the circumstances.

4. Failure to Attend (No-Show)

If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice:

  • The consultation will be considered completed.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • A new booking will require a separate payment.

5. Late Arrival

If you join the consultation late:

  • The session may still end at the originally scheduled time to respect other appointments.
  • Significant delays may require rescheduling at our discretion.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation by contacting indieedogs@gmail.com.

Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before the appointment will generally be accommodated, subject to availability.

Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accepted.

7. Cancellation by Indieedogs

In rare situations, Indieedogs may need to postpone or cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • Illness
  • Technical issues
  • Family emergencies
  • Internet disruptions
  • Other unavoidable events

If this occurs, you will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A rescheduled appointment at no additional cost.

8. Technical Issues

Online consultations require a stable internet connection and compatible devices.

If technical issues occur:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reconnect and continue the consultation.
  • If the issue prevents the session from continuing, we may reschedule the remaining time at no additional charge.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have suitable equipment and internet access before the consultation begins.

9. Satisfaction

Puppy training is a collaborative process that depends on many factors, including:

  • Consistency of training
  • Owner participation
  • Dog temperament
  • Health conditions
  • Home environment
  • Time invested in implementing recommendations

For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific behavioural outcomes or training results.

Accordingly, dissatisfaction with the outcome of training does not automatically qualify for a refund.

10. Digital Products and Future Online Courses

If Indieedogs offers downloadable resources, online courses, webinars, or digital products in the future:

  • Refund eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Unless otherwise specified, digital products that have been downloaded or accessed may not be eligible for refunds.

11. Promotional Offers

Consultations or services purchased during promotional campaigns, discounts, or special offers may have separate refund conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

12. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact indieedogs@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback through your payment provider.

We are committed to resolving genuine billing concerns promptly and fairly.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in the suspension of future services.

13. Force Majeure

Indieedogs shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Epidemics or pandemics
  • Civil disturbances
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Where reasonably possible, affected consultations will be rescheduled.

14. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
